Angry Little Girls by Lela Lee

Lately I've been thinking about old friends who had come in and out of my life and I thought of this receptionist, Diana Kelly, whom I used to work with in the salon. I remember she said I remind her of this angry little Asian girl from this comic by Lela Lee. I decided to look it up and to my amusement, the comics are really good and funny- full of sarcasm, just like myself. Haha! My favorite character is Kim, the angry Asian girl. The Food I Love To Eat!!

I just had the most awesome dinner with my older brother that I've cooked. It was a simple Ready Made Mussels in Butter Garlic Sauce which I bought in Superquinn for €2!! But I've added my own twist to it cooking it in tomato chilli sauce. The main dish I made was taken from Bubzbeauty- chicken fillet, incised from the side then stuffed with cheese and pesto, wrapped in a piece of smoked bacon.
